The firm Soares Gimenez IP was created with the purpose of protecting and ensuring legal rights on
intellectual and industrial property, including brands, projects, computer software, industrial designs and
patents. We handle all the parts in a process, from registration and licenses to copyrights, in Brazil and in other countries, by legal advice and consulting.

for more than 15 years in administrative and court litigation in the Intellectual Property area: trademark registration, patents, industrial
design, geographical indications and copyright. Intellectual Property Agent before the National Institute of Industrial Property – INPI.
INTA (International Trademark Association) and ASPI (Associação Paulista da Propriedade Intelectual) (Intellectual Property Association
of the São Paulo State) Member.
