  • National Data Protection Authority (ANPD): The federal public authority responsible for enforcing the LGPD, conducting inspections, applying administrative sanctions, and promoting public awareness regarding Personal Data protection.

  • Registration and identification information (full name, CPF, RG, business name, marital status, nationality);
  • Contact details (email, mobile phone, telephone, address, social media profile);
  • Financial information, when applicable (bank details for issuing invoices or refunds);
  • Professional data: profession, professional background, academic qualifications, diplomas, certificates, salary expectations;
  • Biometric data for security purposes;

  • Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations;

  • The INPI, for executing contracted services;
  • Public, administrative, and judicial authorities when required by law or regulation;
  • Third-party service providers strictly necessary for executing contracted activities;
  • Business partners and intermediaries involved in new projects, new business development, service personalization for product and service optimization, marketing actions, data hosting services, and asset security.

Personal Data processed by our company is protected in accordance with information security regulations issued by competent authorities and in compliance with the LGPD provisions.

14. International Transfer of Personal Data

We currently use technological infrastructures that may be located outside Brazil, such as servers, cloud services, software, and other solutions provided by third parties.

In these cases, we will establish contractual relationships only with third-party Operators that meet the highest security standards, at least equivalent to the level of Personal Data protection required by Brazilian legislation.
